The plantation is situated in the municipality of Pećinci, village of Deč. Located 30 kilometers from Belgrade, it can be easily reached from Belgrade-Zagreb highway which is a part of one of the most  important the pan-European transport corridors, Corridor 10. Agro Trust LLC – Vranić plantations is capable of transporting its produce to potential buyers easily and quickly.

In 2005, on the area of around thirty hectares, with a dense system of planting, a hazelnut plantation was set up with the following assortment:
